- At the close of your session the movements of the colon muscles and the resulting releases may leave you feeling empty and relaxed. It is not unusual to wait 2-3 days today for your first bowel movement. During this period you might feel heightened sensitivity to what you ingest.
- Drink plenty of water and abstain from gas-producing foods & fruit in the case of candida albicans.
- Important: It is recommended that you take a probiotic supplement after your treatment. This probiotic should be taken on the same day as your treatment and therafter.
Avoid Gas Producing foods:
Beans, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflour, onions, peppers, soy products, raw apples.
Beneficial foods to eat before your session:
Apricots, Bananas, blueberries, chamomile or peppermint tea, fish & poultry, grapes, green leafy veg, Nuts-almonds, walnuts, oranges, potatoes, seasonal organic veg, seeds-pumpkin sunflower, water, whole grains – amaranth, brown basmati rice, millet, quinoa.
Foods & beverages to avoid directly before & after:
Alcohol, caffeinated tea & coffee, carbonated drinks, chocolate, dairy products, desserts, fatty & fried foods, flour products, ice cream, processed junk food, wheat product.
